Established in 2004, headquartered in the UK and with offices in North America, Exco InTouch has successfully worked with hundreds of thousands of patients in all phases of clinical and commercial development.

By June 2010, we had supported over 500,000 patients, in 60+ countries, delivering over 3 Million text messages. Our clients include 16 of the top 20 Pharma sponsors, as well as many other BioPharma and CRO organisations.

• We do not spam the mobile users of our services. All communication messages are sent directly from our servers to the mobile phone or email account of the intended recipient. Unlike other companies, we do not use 'least cost routing' technology which often sends the message via multiple countries to reduce cost (which not only makes the SMS message transmission impossible to track and audit but also exposes your patients' mobile phone numbers to malicious spammers and hackers). Please consider this carefully when choosing your service provider.
• Each Exco InTouch solution is designed with the stakeholders in mind. Every employee at Exco InTouch has experience in conducting global clinical trials, commercial projects or patient education programs, and has a natural understanding of what it takes for a patient to be able to use this ubiquitous technology.
