Since 2004, the Exco InTouch operational team has focused on developing the industry's most efficient delivery model. Our aim is to:
- Reduce sponsor work load and keep stress to the bare minimum.
- Make life easier for sites and educate them on the benefits of the system.
- Our eLearning portal is a natural extension of this - and an industry first.
Using a standard web browser we present course material using our specially developed animation process which can include localized voice over or subtitled translations. We also make copies of manuals, FAQ's and quick reference guides available for download.
In appropriate circumstances we are also able to create 'how to' animations for patients and care-givers.
Every eLearning animation is tailored to the study specific objectives and focuses heavily on user benefits. The end result is material that is quickly developed, easy to understand in any language, engaging, memorable and enjoyable.
How does it work?
eLearning participants simply login using their email credentials via a special email invite. They register a memorable password, making access to eLearning portal easy.
Delegates have a time limited window to complete and pass the course to gain a certificate. Once certified, the delegate will be automatically provided with access to the appropriate Exco InTouch solution.
Unsuccessful candidates are assisted by our support team for focused 'one on one' training. Study personnel appreciate this personal approach and focused training helps keep future support requests, training and costs to a minimum.
In the event of a protocol change eLearning courses can be updated and all stakeholders re-tested if required. If new members join the team they can be enrolled into eLearning at any point during the study. Finally we provide course attendance reports to sponsors which can be consolidated against site and country activation.
