How it works

ePRO CELL is fast, easy, efficient to deploy and use.

1. The site enters the patients' mobile phone number and email address (when appropriate) into the secure ePRO CELL portal.
2. At the correct time the portal automatically sends the subject a text message (and email) with a URL link to their diary.
3. The subject opens the message and follows the link either using their cell phone or any standard Internet browser.
4. They enter their secure log-in credentials to complete the diary questions.
   ePRO CELL is very similar in many ways to PDA ePRO in the way it functions and navigates.
5. As each page is completed the data is saved at the server, providing a full date and time stamped audit trail.
6. The site has immediate visibility over the blinded data. While the system performs routine checks across the data triggering alerts, reminders and new work flows if and when appropriate.
