Exco InTouch has put in place the following Online Privacy Policy to protect user-identifiable information. This policy applies to all user-identifiable information that Exco InTouch obtains when a customer registers for or uses any Exco InTouch online or mobile services.

Exco InTouch protects online customer identifiable information as follows:

Disclosure: Exco InTouch will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any user-identifiable information derived from the registration for or use of an Exco InTouch online or mobile service -- including telephone numbers and addresses -- without the express consent of the user (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others). When Exco InTouch uses other agents, contractors or companies to perform services on its behalf, Exco InTouch will ensure that these companies protect your user-identifiable information in a manner that is consistent with this Policy.

Collection and Use: Exco InTouch will collect and use user-identifiable information for fulfilling communication or notification services and requests that you have requested; to anticipate and resolve problems with your service; or to create and inform you of products, events and services that fall within your apparent areas of interest or that meet some of your declared needs. This means that Exco InTouch may, at your request, use your user-identifiable information, in conjunction with information available from other sources, to market new services to you that we think will be of interest to you, but we will not disclose your user-identifiable information to third parties who want to promote themselves or their services or market their products to you, and we will make it easy and simple for you to opt out of any regular promotion or marketing program that you are included in.


Collection of Usage Data: Exco InTouch servers automatically gather information about events for which a user registers. The company does not use that information except (A) in the aggregate to streamline, customize, enrich and otherwise improve the user experience or (B) when directly requested by a user to provide automatic preference enhancements or options to that particular user's personal user experience and membership account.

Security: Exco InTouch has implemented technology and security features and a strict policy guideline to safeguard the privacy of your user-identifiable information from unauthorised access or improper use, and we will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available. Also, all employees of Exco InTouch have individually signed non-disclosure agreements.

Improper Conduct: Exco InTouch may also use user-identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the user agreement for that service.

Cookies and Log Files: A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Users are in control of turning cookies on or off. The use by Exco InTouch of a cookie is only linked to personally identifiable information for the purpose of site personalisation and recognition.(ie: www.ExcoInTouch.com recognises users so that online forms, for example, can be completed automatically with no need for re-typing personal data). Exco InTouch uses IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for internal use only.

Data Protection Act 1998: Exco InTouch, will process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 where applicable, and will use its reasonable endeavours to make sure that no act or omission by it, its employees, contractors or agents results in a breach of our obligation under the Data Protection Act 1998. Changes in Practices: Exco InTouch will keep this current and reserves the right to change it from time to time without notice.
