On the 14th and 15th December 2010, Exco InTouch held a Free Web Seminar entitled: "New Technologies for Retention and Compliance - How enlightened companies are now better able to engage their Patients to ensure successful study conduct." The webinar detailed a number of case studies, which highlighted the significant benefits of using mobile technology to manage patient retention and compliance compared to traditional methods. A Poll carried out during the webinar revealed that 65% of responders indicated that Patient Engagement was the biggest challenge faced in their Clinical Trials.
