Traditional outbound recruitment campaigns rely upon letters or e-mails being sent to trial candidates from a database of contacts, however on average this only elicits a response rate of less than 5%.

Exco InTouch offers a simple mechanism by which potential participants can register interest in participating in trials by responding to targeted text messages regarding specific studies.

Exco InTouch integrates with Sponsor / CRO / Recruitment Agency candidate databases, allowing targeted two-way SMS messages to be sent to groups of potentially eligible contacts who can reply directly to the message to either register their interest or request additional information.

Who is it for?

InTouch volunteer services are contracted by study Sponsors, CRO’s and Patient Recruitment and Retention Agencies to accelerate the enrollment of healthy volunteers into Phase 1 clinical trials.

Candidates responding to recruitment campaigns are connected directly to staff at the recruitment centre, research site or call centre.
